- How do I request a refund?
- Email support with the subject "Refund request" and your order number. No explanation required. See our Refund Policy for details.
- I purchased but did not receive my login email.
- Check your spam folder first. If it is not there, email us with your order number and the email you purchased with — we will resend access manually within 24 hours.
- Can I share my account with someone else?
- Each license is for a single user. Sharing logins violates the Terms of Service and may result in access revocation.
- How do I cancel my Inner Circle subscription?
- Log into your member area and click Account → Cancel subscription, or email us. Cancellations take effect immediately and stop all future billing.
- Do you offer 1-on-1 coaching?
- Yes — for serious operators after they complete the main playbook. Available off-platform. Email us if interested.
- Will this work in my country / industry / role?
- The system is designed for English-speaking professional markets where LinkedIn is the dominant network. The fundamentals (positioning, outreach, follow-up) translate across industries — execution is up to you.
