1. How to Request a Refund
Email support@jobhunterpipeline.com from the email address you used to purchase, with the subject line "Refund request" and your order number. You do not need to explain or justify your request.
2. Processing Time
We acknowledge refund requests within 24 hours on business days. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. Your bank or card network may take an additional 3-10 business days to display the credit on your statement.
3. What's Refundable
- One-time purchases (frontend, order bumps, upsells, downsells): fully refundable within 60 days.
- Inner Circle subscription: cancel any time from your account or by email. Future charges stop immediately. The current month is non-refundable except in the first 60 days of your initial subscription.
4. After a Refund
Once we issue a refund, access to the corresponding purchase (member area, downloads, community) is revoked. You may not continue to use or distribute the materials.
5. Repeat Refunds
If you have previously requested a refund and then purchased again, we may decline a second refund or require a discussion before approving it. This rule exists to protect creators from abuse and does not affect first-time refund requests.

Please contact us before opening a chargeback with your bank. We process refunds quickly and without friction — there is no need to go through your card issuer. Unjustified chargebacks may result in loss of access to the Service and may be reported to fraud prevention databases.
